Learn to read the unseen costs of your culture.
We often find the pace of work and, subsequently, the pace of decisions were determined when the business was first formed. Once companies find stability, they often find that the culture that got them to where they are is the same culture inhibiting them from growing further.

Deep change takes effort but it also requires support. I provide this by working with business leaders to help them step back, take a breath and change course for the benefit of their people and their company.
I work closely with founders, executives and their teams to provide clarity and inspiration when it comes to the next-step decisions.

Through one-on-one advising and coaching as well as group-based workshops and sessions, I work to help companies stop focusing on what’s right in front of them and widen their gaze to what’s possible. I work to expose examples of both the strengths and weaknesses of their leadership style and create room for a new paradigm within their company, liberating the founder and redirecting their energy to the highest leverage points possible.
Training leaders to challenge their assumptions
In fast paced environments, quick decisions are key. When a change of course is required or a difficulty arises; it is important to slow down. I train leaders to locate the moments where their assumptions about their people obscure their progess. This practice of acute observation ensures alignment is bone deep.
This is my purpose—to guide you toward yours.
